Elevate

A one year programme. Prices from £190 a month for regular strategy sessions throughout the year + plus monthly accountability sessions.


Leverage

A six month programme. Prices from £116 a month for a strategy session in month one followed by monthly accountability sessions over five months.


Bespoke

A one hour coaching session every other month. £75 per month for 12 months.

Gemma and Laurie

When Gemma and Laurie came to see me they were really struggling to get to grips with understanding their figures, and were feeling very down and demotivated about their business which wasn’t performing as well as it could. Gemma and Laurie have a multilayered business with lots of services running at the same time. They were working really long hours but never feeling like they quite had enough money in the bank and weren’t sure why.

One of the issues was being able to get comfortable with creating and reading their financial statements (things like profit and loss reports) as well as looking at turnover instead of profit.

So, after we spent some time looking at the personal goals they wanted to work towards, we set about getting their financial ducks in a row. We created a financial management system which was easy to maintain and gave them the information they needed to make informed decisions.

Gemma and Laurie were brilliant at understanding what they were both good at, so we played to their strengths and made sure that they both had separate responsibilities for the business. We wanted to make sure that things weren’t being dropped or that they were doubling up and both doing the same things!

Gemma and Laurie were on the 1-year Impact programme so we created a plan of action for them to work through consistently, that I could hold them accountable to.

Results

Gemma and Laurie can now track their figures week to week, month to month so they know how their businesses are performing and can make informed decisions about what actions to take to move them closer to their personal goals.

This has freed them up to do the things that enjoy doing in the business that are more lucrative and stop doing the things they didn’t enjoy doing so they are more relaxed and more motivated.

They are finally taking the holidays they had so sorely missed out on for a long time and are able to spend more time together as a family which was a big personal goal for them.

Because they have dropped the things that weren’t working, they are using their skills to develop opportunities for the business, not just stay in firefighting mode.
