How the Six Months Unfold

Over six months, you'll work through the Ethical Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in a deliberate sequence, with each stage building on the decisions you've made before.

You'll begin by establishing the foundations of your business redesign, identifying what needs to change in the way your business currently generates income and what you want it to make possible for you.

From there, you'll develop your signature offer and pricing, ensuring that the work you want to do can generate the income you need within the capacity you have. You'll then turn your attention to positioning, marketing and sales, creating a way of communicating and selling your work that reflects its value and feels consistent with how you want to do business.

In the final stages, you'll bring everything together into a values-led business model, looking at how the different elements support one another, what needs refining and what will make the business sustainable over time.

Throughout the programme, you'll apply the frameworks, tools and practical resources directly to your own business. Rather than accumulating more information or strategies, you'll be making decisions, developing assets and putting the structure of your redesigned business in place as you progress.

Three weeks of private asynchronous coaching.

You'll have three dedicated weeks of private 1:1 asynchronous coaching with me, scheduled at key points throughout the six-month programme.

The first week comes towards the beginning, as you establish the foundations of your business redesign, clarify your direction and begin making decisions about your signature offer.

The second week comes around the midpoint, as you bring your offer, pricing, positioning, marketing and sales together, and begin applying the methodology to how your business generates income.

The third week comes towards the end, as you refine your business model, address any remaining challenges and make sure the different elements of your ecosystem work together in practice.

During each coaching week we work together in writing through a shared document. You bring me your questions, decisions, ideas and work in progress, and I respond with strategic feedback, recommendations and practical input, including copy edits and bespoke resources where appropriate. You can apply that feedback in real time and bring the work back to me for further refinement.

All three coaching weeks take place within your six-month programme.
